Community Health Services

Adult Screening & Prevention Program: Through this low cost health screening and education program for adults, we can provide routine lab tests, bone density screening, and overall health assessments with an individualized health plan developed with you by a nurse. Arrangements can be made to bring this health screening event to any location.

Flu and Pneumonia Clinics: When flu season approaches, we make it easy to get your flu shot. We will come to you — businesses, churches, senior and community centers. We make it easy to get your flu shot! Medicare or private pay accepted.

Workplace Wellness: Keep your employees healthy and working! We have a variety of services that can assist you, your employees and their families. These services can be customized to your business.

CPR and First Aid Classes: We provide conveniently scheduled certified classes to the public, as well as daycare providers. Evening and weekend classes are available.

Preventative Health & Safety Classes for Daycare Providers: For those individuals who work in the child care setting, we offer the required training. (15 hours - EMSA approved-stickers provided)

Community Education/Training: We offer Community Education and Training on various topics including fall prevention, home safety strategies, medication management, gastrostomy tube feedings, respiratory and diabetic care to name a few. We will tailor training classes to meet your needs, just call us any time to ask how.

Life Care Planning: Financial planners, trust officers or attorneys may need assistance in determining the type and amount of care a client needs. Home and Health Care Management has the experienced, Certified Case Managers to help develop and implement a Life Care Plan.

Expert Witness Testimony: The staff of Home and Health Care Management has provided expert witness review and testimony in many medical malpractice cases and are available on a fee-for-service basis.

Speakers Bureau: Experienced and knowledgeable staff are available to speak at events or businesses on a wide variety of health related topics such as health care issues, caring for the caregiver, fall prevention, HIV/AIDS, and more.
