Home Health Care Management, Inc. (HHCM), has provided nursing, case management, CPR/first aid classes, and health and wellness programs for the North State since 1979. Some of the programs and services available are licensed by the State of California and certified by Medicare. Our service area includes Butte, Glenn, Colusa, Tehama, Trinity Shasta, Yuba and Sutter Counties.

HHCM’s mission is to provide innovative, quality, professional health care, counseling, educational and wellness services to the communities we serve in a caring, cost effective manner.

HHCM currently employs approximately 100 employees. Each and every employee is highly trained and skilled to provide the best possible service to clients in their homes, school or community. HHCM staff and caregivers have experience working with diverse cultural and language needs. Our caregivers are extensively screened, tested, insured and bonded to make sure you or your loved one receive the safest and highest quality healthcare possible.
